Warren is a graduate of Auburn University. After the Navy was finished with him, he worked with a regional accounting firm in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, earning his CPA certificate. He completed Law School at the University of Colorado in Boulder, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree and passed the bar.
He practiced law in Boulder for more than twenty years, concentrating in the needs of small businesses and their owners, and was licensed in all Colorado and Federal courts and the United States Supreme Court. In his "spare" time, he co-owned and operated a ranch of registered Hereford cows, and served on the Board of Directors of what is now the American Hereford Association.
Family considerations brought him back to Alabama, where he co-founded NetWest, Inc., a hardware and software development company.
Warren is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Tennessee Society of CPAs. His law license is valid, but inactive.
He is an instrument rated commercial pilot, an avid fly fisherman and plays banjo with the bluegrass band "Special Delivery."
Warren and his wife, Cyndie, a Realtor with Tennessee Real Estate, chose Townsend as the best place on earth to spend their lives.
As he always has been, Warren is dedicated to providing his clients with value and integrity, and welcomes your inquiry to see how his services can benefit you.
